FACE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ALL BOOKINGS

1. All activities are non-refundable within 48 hours of any activity. Any cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the activities we will provide a 50% refund on bookings made.

2. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time and provide a full refund or alternative session where possible if we cannot provide the activity booked. This can be for a variety of reasons, however we will always aim to deliver the activity booked or offer an earlier or later session.

4. All participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing for our various activities. This is to prevent any adverse damage to clothing, so we suggest older trousers/shorts and long sleeve tops and warm wear between September to April.

5. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your activity start time to ensure you don't miss out on your session. We run multiple activities so can't always move start times as staff are required elsewhere after your activity finishes.

6. All participants are required to complete a waiver form prior to taking part in the activity. Anyone aged below 18 requires a parent or guardian to complete this. You can't engage in an activity unless you have completed a declaration. 

7. Once your activity has finished please ensure you leave the activity centre as per agreed guidelines, such as within 30 minutes of your laser tag party finishing or an archery session. This is because the site team also work on mobile sessions and maybe required to leave the site in good time.

8. All parties are allowed a 25 minute period for food and drink afterwards. You are then required to leave the party space, users can purchase additional time in blocks of 15 minutes. However you will be charged this if you do run over time as we require the space to be cleaned and tidy before the next session or to close the site. The charges are as follows:

0-15 minutes extra time:  £25

16-30 minutes extra time: £50

31-60 minutes extra time: £150
